Fun with Lists

We don't really think of lists as something we can have fun with. They're usually just something people use to organize whatever they're thinking of. But I decided to look at lists from a different perspective.

I want to approach the subject of lists with a little more humor.

Now, most of us know about Wikipedia. We know that it is a wonderful source of information, and while some people will claim that it's not reliable enough to be used for academic work, I will disagree. I have used Wikipedia several times throughout my time as a student, and wouldn't care too much if a teacher wouldn't allow it. They might say that "Wikipedia isn't reliable because anyone can edit it". Oh, so it's pretty much like anything else? To me, Wikipedia is as reliable as anything else.

But I digress.

My point is that I found this amusing article on Wikipedia. It's a list of lists of lists. I'm not quite sure why, but I find that concept pretty amusing.

As a second addition to this post, I want to add a video of an example of how some pretty funny people squeezes in the topic of lists into their sketch.

It's taken from a show made by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant called "Life's Too Short".

It features the two creators with the main antagonist, Warwick Davis. On top of that, there's Liam Neeson, who played the role of Oskar Schindler in Steven Spielberg's movie "Schindler's List".

Here is the clip:

What I'm trying to point out is that it's possible to have fun with almost anything around you. All you have to do is to look at it from a fun-seeking perspective.
